As a Georgia Native, Kim carries more than 20 years of Real Estate experience in more than 30 Metro Atlanta areas.  Kim grew up North of Atlanta and now calls the "South of Atlanta", Coweta/Fayette County area home.  Kim is married with two beautiful adult children.  As a family, they enjoy boating and traveling.  Most of their free time is spent at their favorite lake spot...Lake Martin, Alabama.

Kim's professional background led her on a path of Restaurant and Retail Management before settling into Newnan, GA in 2000.  She has always enjoyed helping people fulfill their goals and dreams and discovered her real estate career ambitions not long after this move.  Since then, she has practiced real estate sales specializing in New Construction, Investment Properties, Relocation and Residential Resales while recruiting and leading agents to the business.

Kim's joy and passion is in leadership and she currently leads the Peachtree City and South Forsyth Market Centers in Georgia as the Operating Partner.  Her mission is to coach, teach, train, and nurture agents and leaders in building the careers of their dreams.  Her teams hold the #1 market share positions in their respective markets and partners with almost 700 Metro Atlanta Realtors.

Steven has lived in the Metro Atlanta area since 1996. In 2002 he transitioned from a successful retail management career that included several well known national brands into what would become a very fulfilling real estate career. 

He began as an agent with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty and within a few years found his niche representing most all the major banks and lending institutions in marketing their bank owned REO portfolios. 

In 2016 he obtained his broker’s license and served as the Managing Broker then later the Qualifying Broker for a Century 21 franchise in Fayette County. In 2018 Steven joined the Keller WIlliams Realty Atlanta Partners broker team and currently serves as Managing Broker for the Peachtree City, Newnan, Perimeter East (Tucker) and Stockbridge Market Centers.
